MMI responded in a short time to my message, and were able to appear following day to scrub my dryer vent. Exterior vent was tough to access (at ~third story of townhome), but techs were being ready to reach it and clean up the dryer duct from the exterior. We are all obvious now!Use tape or even a marker to mark the gap in between the dryer exhaus
